the hotel has a great location, near to many interesting places.

i was disappointed that few staff members spoke english. it was disgusting that i had to use my mobile phone to translate everything i wanted to say or ask. it seemed like the hotel caters primarily to guests from germany or turkey. i didn't feel very welcome as a uk resident.

the ac in my room didn't work. i slept badly with the balcony door open, it felt unsafe. the hairdryer in the room was old and not working well. the kids club is not meeting expectations.
