We had a mix of experiences during our stay. On the positive side, the spacious 3-bedroom suite in the Cayman Tower was a perfect fit for our family and provided a stunning view with oceanfront balconies. The kids loved the various pools, especially the lazy river. However, the negatives included a lack of upkeep in some areas like furniture and bathrooms, plus an unpleasant encounter regarding the hair-braiding service by the pool that left a bitter taste.
