I found reasonable minimums at the table games, a definite plus. Staff members were helpful. The room was particularly clean. I appreciated the convenience of self check-in at the kiosk. It streamlined the process. Parking was easy and added to the stress-free experience..

convenient stay!

i really liked that the hotel location was perfect. it was close to the venetian and palazzo. rideshare was really easy to find. unlike other hotels the rooms were clean and housekeeping was great! overall it was excellent.

The location is super central. it made getting around very easy. the staff were helpful. they quickly addressed any questions i had. I liked having access to the monorail. it offered a quick way to reach other points on the strip!

convenient location clean room favorite pillows

The location made getting around very easy. the room was clean with a nice vanity set up. the pillows were my favorite. I usually have a hard time sleeping on vacation, but these hit!

uneven experience

poor attitude dirty floor

the location of the hotel was acceptable, close to many attractions.

The ac in my room didn't seem to work upon arrival. there was also trash on the floor. It was apparent the room hadn't been cleaned properly after the last guests. the staff mostly seemed to have a poor attitude, and i didn't appreciate how automated the check-in and check-out processes were.
