lovely view wooden crib safe beach

The front desk provided excellent help. they assisted me in selecting a room with a lovely sea view and sunlight. i especially adore the wooden crib provided for my baby. my husband's birthday was celebrated with a complimentary bottle of wine!!! the beach was very safe and clean. I loved that. this hotel definitely has a great family vibe.

friendly staff crispy pizza

i found the staff friendly and helpful. the minibar was restocked daily with water and soft drinks. the pizza was very good (thin crust and crispy) at the poolside bar. i also enjoyed the nightly entertainmentwith live music and karaoke.

although generally acceptable, the buffet selections could improve. variety seemed somewhat limited. it would be beneficial to see more diverse options each day.

The staff were attentive. The rooms were pretty good and always clean with daily room service. The location is perfect if you want to visit downtown. I also liked the Japanese night in the bookable restaurant (it was a good experience!).

Angel and his assistants from the entertainment team enhanced our stay! I enjoyed the activities for adults, despite it being a kid-friendly resort. The team helped me create memories that will last a lifetime. The complimentary bottle of wine for my husband's birthday was so sweet.

The music in common areas was loud. I found it difficult to relax sometimes.
