Relaxing Stay with Great Amenities

Garage parking was very convenient upon arrival. The gym provided a good space for workouts with modern equipment. I liked having access to the sauna after a day of exploring. I found various food options, a good fit for my stay. I enjoyed walking along the lake. The room was generously sized, and I appreciated the laundry service. The spa services were excellent, and I loved the many pools with variants.
I noticed some small wear and tear in the room. Maintenance could address these minor issues.

The hotel is located a short walk from the waterfront, offering easy access to boats. The walk to Cisano is even shorter, it provides convenient access to another boat stop. A bus to Verona is also available. The ride takes approximately 40 minutes.

The staff members keep the rooms spotlessly clean with daily housekeeping. The pool areas are great with plenty of sun beds, ensuring everyone gets a space. I found the breakfast offered a vast choice, from continental to cooked options, with fresh omelets made to order.

The spa offered many rejuvenating options. I particularly enjoyed the thermal pools. breakfast had much variety. I loved the omelets made to order. the grounds were private and meticulously maintained. I found it easy to relax.

The staff were very friendly and always ready to help! eleonora at the reception was patient and provided great guidance. She always greeted everyone with a smile.

The hotel has several outdoor pools, each well kept. there is also a very nice indoor pool available . It included thermal pools. the pool area includes ample loungers. This ensures there is enough space for everyone.

Breakfast included free-flowing prosecco and freshly made omelets. there were vegetarian options available for the first and second courses at dinner. The kitchen prepared vegetarian-friendly desserts each evening.

The location is close to the lake. I found it convenient. cisano is a short walk away and provides a good option. it provides privacy and is about 30 minutes walk from lazise.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices (it was easy to find something for everyone). The pools were heated and suitable for families. The hotel's location is excellent, right opposite the lake with views.
The dinner service was sometimes slow. We occasionally waited over an hour for food. The pool bar service was also poor and quite slow.

Acceptable Stay with Some Disappointments
dated room cold pool
The breakfast had a good variety.
The room felt dated and not particularly clean. I noticed the bathroom slippers were packed in plastic and cost extra. The pool was too cold to enjoy in May, so I ended up using the indoor pool, it was easy to get lost in the labyrinthine layout.

poor service unfriendly staff
breakfast was amazing. lots of choice catered to different tastes.
the dinner service wasnt good. it took over an hour for our food to arrive many nights. the waiting staff was also not friendly or attentive enough.
