The staff was cute and helpful. My room was super clean and modern. I appreciated the great view from my room. Self parking was easy due to the attached garage.

The hotel is somewhat dated compared to other universal hotels and i heard traffic noise from the highway.

kind staff infotainment system rude receptionists missing reservation

The staff were very kind. i want to especially thank dani from the front desk (she was super helpful) for getting our party of 7 with three rooms situated on the same floor. i also loved the infotainment system in the rooms. I really enjoyed controlling everything from the tablet.

when i first checked in, the receptionists were rude. they couldn't find my reservation even after i showed them my confirmation. the receptionists suggested i didn't book there and said maybe it was a different hotel.
