I had a mixed experience at Star Island Resort. On the positive side, the amenities were nice and suited for families, with a great pool area and activities for kids. However, there were issues with my dog's stay and room maintenance that really affected my experience. The check-in process was rough, leaving me feeling a bit disregarded.
