Peaceful stay near the sea
clean room direct access great variety helpful staff
The room was a decent size and very clean. I enjoyed having direct access to the pool from my room. The breakfast (especially the pancakes!) had great variety and quality. The staff were always helpful and friendly.
The pathway could be slippery when wet, SO extra care was needed during the rainy season.

The hotel is situated in a quiet area removed from the chaotic parts of the island. It provided needed seclusion. It is a short walk to nearby restaurants and cafes.

friendly staff thai decor comfortable room crowded feel overpriced services expensive laundry
the staff was very friendly and helpful . the hotel has a traditional thai decor and outdoor features, which i liked. my room was large and comfortable with a nice bed.
The hotel felt crowded with lots of decoration but little space. extra services are overpriced compared to the rest of thailand. laundry costs 70 baht for one dress. This is expensive.

basic breakfast inconvenient location
the breakfast buffet felt seriously cheap to me. i mean, how hard it is to offer some decent cheeses and meats? it was like the bare minimum and the sweets were just bad. also, the hotel's location is a pain if you dont rent a scooter, its pretty far from everything.

quiet location helpful staff distinct pools
The location offered a quiet retreat. The resort provided two distinct pools for different experiences. I found the staff consistently helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. I also appreciated the food at the restaurant.

noisy air conditioning cafe food poisoning
I was a little disappointed by the lack of attention to detail. the air conditioning was quite noisy (it kept me up at night!). also, the sea view cafe was massively disappointing. I don't recommend eating there because my partner got dreadful food poisoning from the dinner.
