I appreciated the convenient location for exploring nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring I could easily get information about local tours and castle visits. The breakfast had many delicious options, A TRUE delight. The hotel even arranged bicycle rentals, delivered directly to the resort.
The indoor pool was somewhat small and lacked dedicated service. it was difficult for disabled guests, because of the steps. this inconvenience made relaxing there less enjoyable.

Staff secured bicycles from Fussen, bringing them to the resort. Front desk staff ensured check-in and check-out were simple. the staff was polite and spoke english WELL.

The hotel offers easy access to the area's attractions. It is central, ALLOWING quick trips. The setting is tranquil with superb views of the lake and mountains, it's very scenic.
