i enjoyed the good food selection at the buffet. the food was varied and tasted great, i ate every day there! also, the room was cleaned daily, i didn't have any issues. housekeeping did a very good job!

i really loved that poolside taco station! the 24-hour snack station was also very convenient. plus the hotel looked great, especially considering the fair price i paid. the food and drinks were awesome, and the entertainment impressed me a lot!
the pool felt a bit small, mainly because of so many children.

the beach area has easy access, perfect for enjoying the ocean views, however, the beach is a bit rocky. lots of shells provide nice additions for collecting, providing unique souvenirs.

the staff were amazing and the restaurants served good food. i tasted the steak at the italian restaurant and the drinks were amazing. the coffee bar was a great spot to get a snack i loved. armando and jesus at the lobby bar were very nice. they gave us special shots to celebrate which was sweet.
the pool seemed small.

the rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly. the pools were very nice and my kids loved the waterpark. the beach was very pretty too.
the room could have used a few updates. it was still perfect for what we needed, but some modernization would be good. this did not significantly impact my stay.
