lush greenery helpful staff

the hotel is beautiful. i loved the walks on the trails, i could see lots of bird life and lush greenery. breakfast included typical tico food with homemade breads and the front desk staff was always helpful.

the grounds are beautiful. i appreciated the lush bamboo trees and greenery. the restaurant staff was very attentive. food was also good. the rooms are designed to have a cultural feel.

there were some issues with maintenance. the bathroom was bizarre and had no doors other than on the separate toilet. it was built like it should be outdoors with an open shower. some windows were not frosted. this was inconvenient. the bed was too soft.

The grounds possess great gardens and pools that offer a super calm place. the onsite spa offers an excellent massage. The cabin had open views of the trees and birds.

the sunset swimming pool is a bit chilly and there are some tiles missing.

gentle extraction hand massage

I enjoyed the super moisturizer facial. Irene was gentle during the extraction process! she also massaged my head, neck and hands. It enhanced the experience. i will book again!

The closure of the main road created access issues. My teenagers had a problem with both televisions and wi-fi
