Outdoor courts include tennis, basketball, and pickleball, and the grounds feature a gas BBQ grill on each unit's private balcony.

Every unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen that includes a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and a starter set of salt, pepper, and spices. One- and two-bedroom suites accommodate up to six guests and have a private bathroom, a washer and dryer, and a gas fireplace. Upper-floor units provide quieter stays as noise from above can be heard in ground-floor apartments.

The resort is 4.5 km from Big Bear Marina and 5 km from the Alpine Slide at Magic Mountain. Snow Summit ski resort is a five-minute drive, and a free bus system stops near the property for access to the Village and lake.
