Our stay had its ups and downs. The staff were incredibly caring and helpful, especially with accessibility needs, and the mineral pools were a soothing retreat. However, the rooms showed signs of wear, and the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Dining experiences varied, with good steak but poor pasta. Overall, it's a place with potential but it definitely needs some updates and improvements.
