The property is steps from Fitts Village Beach and less than 1 km from both Batts Rock Beach and Paradise Beach. Grantley Adams International Airport is 20 km away, with a 24-hour front desk and concierge service available to arrange transfers.

Each room includes air conditioning, a balcony, and a private bathroom with a rainfall showerhead. The hotel offers family rooms and allergy-free room options, with daily housekeeping and a safety deposit box provided. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The sunsets from my ocean front room were lovely (i'll always remember them!). The water taxi offered easy access to sister hotels.
The hotel straddles a busy main road. Crossing to the spa or beach required caution. The beach was small, and securing a lounger was difficult.
