amazing stay

great job excellent butler good massage

the staff did a great job answering our questions. brad and jermisha were excellent and always checked in to ensure we were having a great time. i recommend them both to anyone! the spa treatment i did was worth it the massage was good and i felt relaxed afterwards.

we stayed five nights and were never supplied soap i brought my own thank god.

the room was amazing and tastefully appointed. i had the diamond club walk out ocean view room. it had good amenities for a family and provided a refreshing and peaceful experience.

there are always activities throughout the day to keep everyone entertained. i participated in the aqua aerobics class and had a fun time. the nightly entertainment is a variety of vocal artists and my favorite the acrobatics and fire show both were executed well by the vibes team.

Excellent Solo Trip Experience

I secure hotel. I stayed in the Diamond Club. This enhanced my experience as a solo woman. My butlers, Mary and Milano, checked on me and handled my dinner reservations. Vanessa cleaned my room, and she did an excellent job. The buggy drivers were friendly and provided helpful transport around the resort.

The nightly entertainment ended at 11 pm. There were limited options for activities after that time.

The administrative team was attentive, and professional, it ensured smooth operations. Staff members, including Akim and his twin, offered friendly transportation around the hotel. They demonstrated helpfulness, and efficiency.

tropical landscaping friendly staff

the grounds native tropical landscaping were lush. it was very well maintained. the staff were friendly and pleasant. they were professional and clearly trained in hospitality.

top shelf liquor options are not available in the main lobby bar after the pool bars close.

I liked that this hotel sits very close to the airport. The entertainment provided each night was a welcome addition to the stay.

The gym did not have enough equipment.
