the hotel has an excellent location near the port. reception and check in were cute. the room was adaqute and really clean. breakfast had good choices and presented nicely the staff are friendly and helpful.
the room i had featured walls that seemed a little thin noise carried easily throughout the area

the staff were friendly and helpful. lorenzo was very friendly and upgraded my room. the hotel staff went out of their way to. sara was always smiling friendly and helpful during breakfast.

the room was fairly large and clean. the king size bed was comfortable. the bathroom had a very good shower with dressing gowns and slippers. there was tea and coffee making facilities.

Great Stay Near the Castle!

I found all the facilities fantastic. The pool and bar areas are clean. The restaurant offers a great view of the castle. The staff were really helpful and cute.
The walls were thin, so I could hear noises carrying well between rooms. This made it hard to sleep well before midnight. I had to unplug the TV to get some rest.

This hotel is close to the castle. The port is only 20 minutes away by walk. I found shopping areas accessible within walking distance too.

The staff members were helpful and professional all the time. They even arranged our rental car. Everyone always had a smile and showed awareness.

Excellent Location with Great Breakfast Options

The hotel is near the main port. I easily walked there upon arrival. Many great restaurants and shops are just minutes away. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly to me. I had a wonderful view from my balcony. It included the pool and castle in the distance.
I did notice the walls seemed a bit thin. Noises from other rooms were sometimes audible. It was a very minor issue though.

The breakfast service was very attentive. I particularly appreciated Sara's friendly attitude, also Daniela was great. The reception staff were always available and willing to assist with directions and recommendations, too.

This location is convenient. I could walk to the port, the castle, and a park. Bus stops and taxi stands are nearby. Restaurants and shopping are a short walk from the hotel. I thought it was great.

the breakfast was a la carte and good!!! i ordered what i wanted. the room had views of the gulf of naples.
the pool was unfortunately closed during the winter.
