loud mini fridge dangerous step
the location has really great views from the public areas.
my room felt tired , and it lacked any wall decorations , it felt spartan. the mini fridge was loud , i had to unplug it , and the bathroom was tiny and dangerous with a step down , causing me to fall at night.

Wonderful Hotel with Excellent Service
friendly staff amazing view relaxed atmosphere
The reception staff, Joe and Anna, greeted my wife and me warmly. They provided assistance whenever we needed it. Our room had a amazing view overlooking the Bay of Naples. I especially appreciated the relaxed and friendly atmosphere in the dining room.
The hotel charged for every bottle of water consumed in the room.

The hotel offers both indoor thermal pools and an outdoor swimming pool. Access to the sea is possible via a long staircase with approximately 300 steps. A sea deck provides a spot for sunbathing and water access.

Very nice Value and Views!
elegant room relaxing retreat complimentary shuttle
The staff were really nice too ensure comfort and happiness. I had a spacious, elegant room plus a lovely view. The pool was a relaxing retreat. A standout was the complimentary shuttle service. It made going to town easy.
I found the beach pontoon a little difficult to access. The stairs tilted forward. They were very steep, so I missed out on enjoying it.

The outdoor pool had warm water. It was easy to find a sun lounger and parasol. The indoor thermal pool felt blissful like a warm bath. There was also a jacuzzi and sauna there.

Breakfast had a lot of options. I was able to get alternative milk for tea. The restaurant used my room number to keep track of drinks and food. This made paying easy.

The room had a huge balcony. It gave a lovely view across the water. The room was pretty and large. It had tea and coffee facilities. wifi and good air conditioning.

The front of house staff was cute. I found all the staff really good. Norma at the front desk helped me rent boats. She also provided details on getting around the island.

The hotel provided a free shuttle. There was a local bus right outside the front door. This took me into town for 3 euro. The hotel location is near the port.
