clean grounds spacious unit slow check-in lacked understanding

the grounds were clean and nice i found the unit spacious. a great plus was having a washer and dryer i used in the unit. all staff members were friendly and helpful answering any questions i had.

check in was not good it was the worst start to the holiday. i was told my room was not ready it would not be ready for hours.

Spacious Suite Close to Everything

I really liked the jacuzzi bath in the main bedroom (it was quite relaxing after a day at the parks). The outdoor pool was a great way to cool down. The location is also convenient. It is next to an outlet mall.

The pirate ship slide could use some improvement, as my kid got stuck on it.

slow draining sink broken exterior door

The bathroom sinks drained very slowly. It was almost impossible to brush my teeth without them filling up. The kitchen lacked even a single pan! I had to cook everything in a pot. The exterior door to the building 2 elevator lobby was broken and remained propped open with a traffic cone.
