Fantastic stay!
easy accesslate foodperfect relaxation
The hotel location offered easy access to parks. The food court stayed open late. The lazy river was perfect for relaxation after a long day. The buses to the parks were VERY convenient!!!

The hotel had very convenient access to Volcano Bay. The bus transportation to Universal Studios was a plus. I enjoyed the theme of the resort. It seemed fun.
The room looked a bit tired, including the tiles and decor. Walls seemed paper thin, and I could hear cleaning at all hours. The lighting in the room was pretty bad.

The pools were beautiful. I appreciated all the lifeguards present. Gluten free options at Bayliner restaurant also impressed me. It was very helpful. I am grateful.
The room had some wear. The shower showed a lot of wear and tear and had black mold. The shower door was also falling off. The caulk job was horrible. I am not very pleased.
