Fantastic stay!
easy access late food perfect relaxation
The hotel location offered easy access to parks. The food court stayed open late. The lazy river was perfect for relaxation after a long day. The buses to the parks were VERY convenient!!!

Okay Place Close to Volcano Bay
convenient access volcano bay bus transportation universal studios fun theme tired tiles thin wall bad lighting
The hotel had very convenient access to Volcano Bay. The bus transportation to Universal Studios was a plus. I enjoyed the theme of the resort. It seemed fun.
The room looked a bit tired, including the tiles and decor. Walls seemed paper thin, and I could hear cleaning at all hours. The lighting in the room was pretty bad.

helpful options present lifeguards
The pools were beautiful. I appreciated all the lifeguards present. Gluten free options at Bayliner restaurant also impressed me. It was very helpful. I am grateful.
The room had some wear. The shower showed a lot of wear and tear and had black mold. The shower door was also falling off. The caulk job was horrible. I am not very pleased.
