Is it possible to reserve a one-bedroom villa if I've heard all the accommodations are booked for wedding guests?

All villas have been reserved for wedding guests, but there are still Studio villas available for this weekend. For booking, it's best to call the resort directly.
Could you clarify the cancellation policy for my booking?

Cancellation policies are as follows: cancellations made more than one month prior will incur a 10% loss of deposit, 25% if cancelled 4 to 2 weeks before check-in, and 100% loss of deposit if cancelled within 2 weeks of check-in.
