7.2/10
I had a lovely vacation stay in Waikiki! The hotel is well-situated with great views, and while there were some service issues and limited pool space, the room was clean and modern. However, the high costs for beach amenities and crowded areas made it less enjoyable at times.
Rooms
7.0
The room was clean and modern, but a bit on the small side. The high-tech bathroom was a nice touch.
Service
8.0
Check-in was easy, and Reggie at the front desk was very helpful in accommodating our room changes. However, there were some issues with room access that raised concerns about security.
Location
9.0
The hotel is perfectly located in Waikiki, making it easy to explore other areas and enjoy the beach.
Dining
7.0
The complimentary drink vouchers were a nice touch, and the food options in the Club Lounge were good, though not very high-end.
Facilities
5.0
While the onsite amenities were nice, the pool area was overcrowded and there was a lack of seating options for shade.
