The Hilton Hawaiian Village enjoys a fantastic Waikiki location, putting guests within easy reach of the beach and nearby shopping. Many appreciate having everything conveniently located on site, including Lappert's coffee and ABC stores for snacks and souvenirs. Renovated rooms in the Tapa Tower and upper floors of the Rainbow Tower are a plus for many visitors, offering updated spaces; though some guests have noted that rooms facing the Tapa bar can experience noise from the evening music.

delayed check-in outdated furniture
The stay started rough. our room, a double room with two double beds ocean view, wasn't ready until hours after the stated check-in time. i had to constantly check with the front desk. it was like the staff didn't prioritize getting us settled. the room itself also needed a major update. The furniture was dated, and the bathroom fixtures were old.
