I had an overall mixed experience at the hotel. While the spacious rooms and fantastic spa add significant value to the stay, I was disappointed by additional charges for my room that were not clearly communicated at check-in. The location is definitely a plus, being close to Niagara Falls, and the dining options, particularly at Three Sisters Cafe, were enjoyable.
