The staff were very friendly. This really made my vacation special. the medical service was really good when i needed treatment for a blood clot (it developed on my flight). the gardens were beautifully maintained. i found the selection of water sports very well organized.

the hotel has a great selection of food. the executive head chef, ritesh, created tailor-made meals to fit my specific requirements. chef rayapen and chef olivier also worked in the amazing f&b team.

The housekeeping department ensured my room was perfectly clean every day. Deevesh, feena, marie noel, dinesha and bhurosa did an excellent job. the carrier team was very helpful, especially vijay. nancy and chirag at tides restaurant stood out due to their attentiveness.
