mixed feelings about this place

leaking toilet broken lock

the breakfast selection was acceptable. there were many options available.

the room i stayed in was hardly a 5 stars. there was much road noise and i could not sleep well. the shower didn't work properly, and the toilet leaked. the door lock was broken to.

wonderful stay with some minor issues

beach access free parking multiple pools

The hotel location was amazing. i could easily walk to many shops and restaurants near the beach. free parking was available. I was grateful, especially since i rented a car. multiple pools gave me a choice to swim and relax during my four-night stay.

My room wasn't cleaned properly one day. i had to ask the reception for fresh towels and toiletries. i wish the housekeeping service was more consistent throughout my stay. Though, everything else was good.

The breakfast buffet included a wide selection of options. I noticed gluten-free food was clearly marked. the restaurant offered amazing sea views and this. the restaurant staff kept the area clean and well-organized!

My room had a fine sea view from the balcony. a very good gym was accessible to all guests wanting to work out. the mattress was comfortable and the terrace had comfortable chairs. It was a great space to relax.

The reception staff were very helpful and polite. They were able to answer questions i had! the animation team seemed very cute to the kids. the hotel provided beach towels to hotel guests needing them!
