acceptable stay with some issues
multiple pools pool games family fun shower issue towel shortage soap scum
the multiple pools were enjoyable. i appreciated that there were several pools to choose from. the games around the pool area were a nice touch. my kids had a great time with those games.
the shower filled up over ankle deep when using it. by the second day, the shower floor became slimy from soap scum drying. both pools ran out of towels early, by 1 pm. some guests took many towels, up to 4-5 for each person.

FANTASTIC Stay at This Gem!
large portions generous bathroom fun decor
I found the food AMAZING at the restaurants. There was a great selection. Our room offered ample space, with two king-sized beds and a generous bathroom. A large soaking tub was an added BONUS. The decor throughout the place is mid-century, bright, and very fun!
The phone in my room had a busy ringtone every time I tried to use it. It was completely unusable.

The pool area is a MAJOR highlight with numerous private cabanas available for free. There are also an abundance of colorful flowers throughout the area. The restaurants offer fresh food with sizable portions.

The hotel benefits from its proximity to the downtown area. It is also quite close to attractions such as the Aerial Tramway. This CENTRAL location made exploring the area convenient.

Acceptable stay with some minor drawbacks

Staff provided five-star treatment. Kiki and Debbie checked me in and out efficiently. Manny, Josiah, and Denise at the bar provided top-quality service and conversation.
The woman at check-in did not provide information about the restaurants or their hours. I also had to ask which pools were heated. This information should be on the website.
