i found the staff attentive. they readily addressed any concerns i raised and consistently ensured a high level of service throughout my stay. the location, while secluded, provided a peaceful escape. the complimentary shuttle service to the town center made exploring the area very easy.

during my stay, i noticed that the minibar wasn't consistently restocked daily.

the noise became a real issue. i could hear every footstep from the room above mine, and it really disrupted my sleep. the sound insulation is NOT good. also, some things were not very clean. i found hair IN my juice one morning, and that really turned me off.

i found the breakfast included a wide choice of food, very tasty. the laundry service was quick and cheap which was very helpful. i enjoyed the free sunrise yoga available on the roof each morning, a nice touch to start the day.

I noticed some slight wear and tear on the sunbeds near the pool. They looked a little used and dirty.
