My stay at Isla Grand was a delightful experience overall, thanks to the friendly staff and a beautiful pool area that felt like a mini paradise. The rooms, while comfortable, had a bit of a worn feel, and the outside of the hotel could definitely use some TLC. The dining at the Windjammer was exceptional, making it hard to leave the property for meals. However, the exterior maintenance is something they need to address to match the lovely interior and amenities.
