warm water friendly staff

the apartment included an outdoor pool with warm water the pool area was clean i found the reception staff helpful and friendly. breakfast was brought to the room at the time i specified the breakfast was very nice i found that very convenient. there was underground parking available , made parking easy. i liked that there was a sauna.

the lighting wasn't the best for applying makeup in the bathroom

The location is fantastic! The provided amenities catered well to my children and family. I also noticed the location offers very secure surroundings. I greatly appreciated these aspects.

I found the room to be a bit noisy. I could easily hear chair movements, disruptive. This noise impacted my overall experience. It could use some work.

I found the mountain view from the pool serene. The outdoor pool featured warm water and relaxing whirlpool jets (perfect after a day of hiking!). Breakfast was a good experience delivered directly to the room.

okay apartment with a few issues

outdoor pool city centre run down cold playroom

the location is pretty good and close to the city centre. a big plus was the outdoor pool with warm water, it was definitely a highlight .

the apartment i stayed in felt somewhat run down and could benefit from a refresh. the play room for kids was located in the garage and it was EXTREMELY cold there.

The apartment was super clean upon arrival. the beds were comfortable. plenty of towels, tea, coffee, and water were provided upon arrival. we ordered breakfast. It was huge and covered us for both breakfast and lunch most days.

Excellent stay with great amenities

heated pool whirlpool jets plentiful breakfast equipped kitchenette

the pool area was a highlight with heated whirlpool jets on two sides and waterfall type jets the breakfast offered a plentiful selection of items i appreciated the modern apartment with its well equipped kitchenette and shower room the underground parking was a definite convenience.

the sofa on the terrace was quite dirty i found it unpleasant to sit there.

the hotel is situated in a quiet area close to the center a nearby grocery store provides convenience for shopping tatra national park trails, the cable car, and krupowki street are all within walking distance from here.
