amazing family trip!
room cleaning nice food good pool view delicious sweets
i enjoyed the cleaning of rooms. the food in several restaurants was very nice. the pool view was good and offered good sports. delicious sweets were available! the staff seemed ready to take responsibility with a big smile, showing they love their work. i am happy to recommend this place, and i thank the staff.
the daily activity schedule was not sent out via whatsapp. it would have been helpful.

the hotel has beautiful nature with great landscape planning. it is child friendly! special pool zones are present for adults. beverages are available wherever you like, so that's nice.

the entertainment team was amazing! especially cimen and gulsah did an excellent job. thank you both for the daily darts tournaments. well certainly be back. the guest service organised a complementary meal at one of the a la carte restaurants!

Fantastic Family Holiday
free cimenn perfect team clean rooms
Cimenn was free. The holiday was fantastic and the entertainment team was perfect! The food was good, and the sea was wonderful. Shows were great each evening, with a diverse range of performances. Rooms were clean, and service was good. I had an amazing holiday.
I was disappointed that the gym had limited equipment. I found only two treadmills were available. There was only one stationary bike. I had expected a larger selection for a resort of this size.

The staff offered prompt assistance with all requests. Their responsiveness significantly contributed to a seamless experience. They provided drinks quickly during meals. Reception staff were also helpful in arranging transportation.
