The staff handled transfers from the airport very well. Check-in and check-out processes were also smooth. The sunset water villa offered great views with sounds of water. Villa dining service delivered tasty food consistently. I ordered many times. The app was very useful for managing bookings.

The resort is quite close to other industrial islands.

The staff were very friendly, and the villa was kept very clean. The toilet and shower room are big and spacious. It offers a sea view while brushing my teeth because of the wooden window panels. For my wedding anniversary and birthday, the resort delivered chilled sparkling champagne and a chocolate cake to our villa, alongside beautiful decorations made from leaves.

Cohesion was lacking within different teams, it was like we were on an island with individually operated units instead of one. Reservations made for spa and restaurants were not in sync. Departure boats were time restraining. I had to check-out in a rush before my check out time because of the boat timing and wait at the airport for 3.5 hours.

the overwater villa king offered direct access to the ocean. the restaurants provided various dining experiences with delicious food. mama, the chef, and harish delivered really good service .

the all-inclusive alcohol selection included only noname brands, a johnnie walker of even a lower mid-range was an additional charge, very disappointing.
