breakfast, lunch, and dinner were good. i am vegetarian, so i had MANY choices for food. the staff in the restaurant was friendly. antonia and her staff were helpful and smiling ALL the time.
the cleaners did not replace toilet paper. nor towels, quickly enough. i had the same sheets all week. i had to call reception MULTIPLE times to get basic items brought to the room.

Inconsistent Service and Dated Facilities

I found the lack of attention to detail disappointing. There was a deposit required for pool towels. This felt rather inconvenient! Also the bar service proved slow. On occasion, staff seemed overwhelmed. I would have liked faster service, particularly during peak times. This affected the overall experience negatively.

Fantastic Stay with Excellent Service

Our late arrival was handled very well with staff assistance to our room with bags. The room was very spacious and included a large balcony and comfortable beds. Regina at reception offered us all necessary information like hotel free bus times and directions to the private beach. All staff members were friendly and multilingual. They greeted us even when busy. Yanis, who runs the shop, is very kind and helpful (he had all the extras we needed!).
The elevators smelled of smoke and were dark. the elevators seemed a bit claustrophobic. It was a minor inconvenience, but worth mentioning for those sensitive to smells.

The food variety was excellent and the produce was fresh with good quality. I appreciated that the restaurant offered familiar cuisine, and there was opportunity to try new dishes. Antonia from the restaurant was great with help.

The air conditioning worked very well, a treat during the hotter days. Our room was always clean with fresh towels provided daily (thank you, cleaning staff!). Sun beds were always available near the pools, an amenity I always appreciate.

I found my stay somewhat underwhelming. The room looked clean initially. closer inspection revealed a layer of dust on surfaces and a lingering smell of mildew in the bathroom. the advertised shuttle service to the beach was less frequent than expected (it ran only three times a day). This made planning beach trips more complicated than it needed to be.
