The staff were lovely during check-in and throughout the stay.

The room lacked a microwave, inconvenient. The room rate felt too high for what was offered. I also found the television difficult to navigate, especially when trying to access the online guide. These issues detracted from the overall experience, particularly given the price.

The atmosphere was very cute. I appreciated the high attention to detail. It was obvious every aspect received thorough consideration. The resort maintained an family-friendly environment, despite its luxury feel. The resort certainly set a high bar.
