Guests choose from marina views, river views, or beachfront positions, with balconies or patios overlooking the water. Most apartments include air conditioning, and renovated units provide updated furnishings and layouts.

The resort sits on the largest private beach in Noosa and maintains a private marina for guests' boats and watercraft. Facilities include a heated 20-meter lap pool, a children's wading pool, a spa, a sauna, and a steam room, all set within three acres of tropical gardens. Electric vehicle charging stations, undercover parking, a tennis court, and a pickleball court are available on site.

Water sport equipment including kayaks and stand-up paddle boards is available for hire from the resort beach. The tour desk books local excursions such as day trips to Fraser Island. A welcome pack is provided on arrival, and local supermarkets are nearby for additional supplies.

Hastings Street and Noosa Main Beach are within a 10-minute walk from the resort. Noosa National Park is a short drive away, and buses stop every 10 minutes directly in front of the property. The river taxi also picks up near Culgoa Point and drops at the end of Hastings Street.
