The food was the same every day, a sad selection. desserts tasted awful. the toilet was questionable. Some marks would not come off, i swear. sometimes the door refused to lock..

I appreciate the family atmosphere at this hotel. The animation team provided great entertainment and the bar staff were friendly and helpful. The option for a la carte dining was very enjoyable. The food offered a good culinary experience. The hotel also provided convenient shuttle service to the beach.

i noticed that some corridors had limited lighting, requiring the use of a phone torch at times.

The hotel was quite specious. The room featured a pool view balcony, a GREAT addition. Everything seemed nice and clean. A ride every ten minutes goes to the private beach. There I enjoyed the same food and drinks as at the hotel.

I saw a lack of free wi-fi, unexpected. I had to pay for internet. There were also missing toiletries LIKE shampoo or soap in the bathroom. The staff treatment could improve, I felt.
