For a family of four, are there suitable rooms available, or is a family room the only option?

Booking a Deluxe King room is possible, but an extra bed will be required for the four-year-old. The two-year-old can share the bed with parents.
Is it allowed to smoke on the balcony or around the pool area?

Smoking is not permitted in the rooms. However, smoking is allowed on the balcony as long as the door to the room is closed to prevent smoke from entering.
