tranquil sanctuary with attentive service
hotel garden beachside location plentiful breakfast
The hotel garden was a highlight, with beautiful plants and well maintained trees. The location near the beach was great, I found many local restaurants nearby. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice, the staff were keen to assist with everything.
The sunbeds around the pool needed to be replaced.

Our grand beautiful room was spacious and well-kept, I noticed the teak floors. The room included a mini fridge stocked with daily water and complimentary fruits. A rattan beach bag was provided, this made carrying essentials to the beach easy.

Breakfast offered many choices with ample seating. I appreciated the variety of fresh juices and local delicacies. I found the evening meals good with amazing value and a location near the sea. The staff were very attentive during each meal.

the staff were amazing, providing sincere and helpful service whenever i needed assistance. Each department takes pride in their work, from the front desk to housekeeping staff. Daily water and fruits were provided, i was happy with this.

The hotel had a great beachside location, I could easily access local restaurants. Weekend cicada market was within walking distance, i found it very convenient. Grab taxis were readily available, this made exploring the area simple.

colonial garden really good staff
I appreciated the large, spacious room, designed with a beautiful colonial garden and manikin trees. the tide receding allowed beach walks in the afternoon. the staff were really good. They were always helpful and friendly.
I observed the pool's upkeep could be improved. There was poor visibility while swimming laps.

Our grand beautiful room featured ample space and a well sized balcony. amenities included complimentary beach bags and umbrellas. It provided convenience! the bed offered firm support, and the decor maintained thai style.

amazing stay!
direct access helpful staff
I totally loved the deck area and the personal direct beach access. It was dreamy. also, the pool was fabulous and the kids had such a blast! the staff were ever-smiling, and they were eager to help with drinks and food, which really added to the overall experience.

The grand beautiful room was large and spacious, and it featured a lovely colonial garden view! it had comfy beds and great air conditioning! the bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. It was super convenient.

The staff were really good, always smiling and ready to assist with any requests. the breakfast buffet offered a huge selection of food. I found something new to enjoy each morning. the shuttle service to major shopping areas was very helpful.

The hotel grounds included a beautiful garden.
My room felt dated. It needed some updating. The shower pressure was weak. It was barely a drizzle. The noise from other guests moving furniture next door kept me awake.

friendly staff amazing room varied breakfast pool loungers early closing no bar
The staff was very friendly. the room was amazing. it was clean and right next to the beach. breakfast was varied and delicious. It catered for all tastes including thai and international cuisine.
The pool did not have enough loungers for all guests. many were reserved with towels early. the restaurant closed early at 10 pm. After that, the hotel was quiet, and there was no bar open.

beach location friendly staff low pressure rough towel
the hotel's location near the beach was CONVENIENT. The breakfast included a wide array of options. The staff was generally friendly, I think. The pool area maintained a relaxing environment.
the room showed signs of needing updates. The shower pressure was quite low, i felt. i had some trouble getting hot water. I found the towels to be rough, not ideal after showering.

I enjoyed the hotel staff, very helpful. my room was spacious, with enough room. the breakfast buffet includes high quality thai food. the swimming pool was really good. i found the architecture pleasant. i liked that hotel provides a free shuttle to major shopping districts. i dined at the beachfront restaurant, rak talay. It had delicious food and a beautiful view of the sea. the hotel offers privacy for all rooms, which i really liked. the staff was helpful and caring. i enjoyed sitting by the swimming pool, very relaxing. i enjoyed the garden. I especially appreciated its architecture. the hotel location, next to a sandy beach, allowed for quiet relaxation. the traditional thai outfits, the hotel staff wore, added to the atmosphere. i felt charmed.
the hotel aircon wasn't work in the room, so it was a bit warm at night.
