a magical escape!

beautiful view friendly staff helpfulness standard room

The sea view was beautiful. our standard double room had lots of wonderful facilities. the staff stood out. Each person proved friendly. they took time to know us, with helpfulness at every turn.

The food was wonderful. There was many options. It was so easy to find something you liked. The staff were very nice. They wanted to make our holiday great. I appreciated when the waiters remembered what we liked to drink and brought it to our table. The daily entertainment was very enjoyable.

Our room was far from the reception. It was also far from the restaurant. It took eight minutes to walk there. There were many steps. They are also very steep. More lights would be helpful. Some of the pathways are dark at night.

the food selection was extensive each night. it gave me the opportunity to try new things, acceptable. at least, they had a wide variety.

my biggest problem was the lack of fish and seafood options for lunch. i mean, i am at the beach. i didn't particularly enjoy the fact that some evenings the white wine was served warm. the a la carte restaurants were also quite disappointing, it seems.

the hotel is massive. lots of activities kept me busy. breakfast and dinner were both fantastic with tons of options to choose from. the beach is beautiful!

the complimentary drinks at the bar werent my favorite. bringing your own is a good idea though!

the hotel has three beautiful swimming pools. endless terraces and sunbathing areas are available . you will find well-kept gardens that enhance the overall experience, and the place looked amazing!

You can easily reach the center by dolmus in about 20 minutes. taxis are readily available right outside the hotel entrance. both options provide convenient access to the central bus station and every part of the town. The location was perfect!
