i was greeted by friendly valets upon my arrival. fred, our bellboy, helped with our bags and showed us around the hotel. he explained all the amenities and also escorted us to our room and showed us our great views!
the elevators servicing the higher floors were out of service for a large portion of my stay. this forced me to walk down the stairs to the 8th floor to catch an elevator.

the hotel is situated right next to faena, another popular spot. it allowed us to easily explore additional attractions and amenities . the proximity made going out very easy.

i found the location superb. the hotel offered a beautiful setting near the pool. the room i stayed in was clean and inviting. the proximity to the beach was a big plus.
the elevators experienced some issues. this sometimes meant using the stairs, inconvenient. i hope they address this soon .

The staff was very attentive! Fred at the entrance was super quick and helpful. The pool was great for my family with 2 teenagers. Access to the beach and boardwalk. The free trolley offered easy transportation in the evenings.
The room service was slow! when I ordered a late night snack, it took nearly an hour to arrive. The food was cold when it finally got to my room. I hope they improve their delivery times.

I really appreciated the excellent service i received . everyone was very attentive and friendly. the hotel was clean and well-kept! i particularly loved the towel covers for the pool loungers. It felt very luxurious.
The loud music late at night was a bit disruptive. i was on the 5th floor and could still clearly hear the bass from an event on the 1st floor. It made it difficult to relax.

The hotel offers convenient access to nearby cafes. Restaurants, and shops, all within a five-minute walk. there is also a paved path along the beach. Perfect for walking or bike riding, and the hotel has its own private beach.

my ocean view room was clean, spacious, and comfortable with a separate toilet area. it included an iron, ironing board, and a coffee maker with capsules. the room also had a mini-bar with a variety of options.

The pool area included comfortable loungers. the gym equipment includes treadmills and stationary bikes. It seemed well kept. valet service was efficient for getting my car each day, i appreciated that.

The staff were courteous. The restaurant dinner menu was excellent.
The room had a huge brown stain on the bed. Housekeeping failed to do a thorough inspection. when i alerted the front service team, i received little resolution and not even an apology from the manager. i was charged for the breakfast the front service team had offered as compensation. No email was ever sent to explain this charge.

The easy beach access was so convenient. I appreciated the short walk. I enjoyed having beachside food and drinks with prompt service. It was a treat. The room was very clean, pretty, peaceful, quiet, and relaxing. Soundproofing was excellent. Fresh, quality food was consistently good, both at the hotel and beachside. This added to the experience.
