THE IBNII - ECO LUXURY RESORT, Madikeri

The Ibnii offers Kopi Luwak Premium Pool Villas with temperature-controlled private pools and Arnetta Luxury Wooden Cottages set within the coffee plantation. Each villa has a private Jacuzzi, a spacious deck overlooking the forest, and a separate living area. The resort uses electric buggies for internal transport to reduce carbon footprint, and guests can request a buggy for moving across the 125-acre property.

The Fig restaurant serves multi-cuisine meals with a focus on farm-to-table ingredients, while Ballele offers a pure-vegetarian Rajasthani and Gujarati thali prepared by Chef Yashwant Kumar and his son Jagdeesh. Kaldee Kaapi, the lakeside coffee shop, serves in-house-grown coffee and cookies. The resort enforces a food waste policy charging ₹100 per 10 grams of leftover food, encouraging guests to take only what they can finish.

The Arogya Wellness Center offers Ayurvedic consultations with Dr. Jia, who explains body types and recommends treatments like Abhyanga and Shirodhaara. Manja Spa provides Swedish massages, foot massages, and focused massage points for neck and shoulder pain relief. Yoga sessions are held daily on a dedicated deck overlooking the forest, and the spa also offers nature walks and eco-trails guided by naturalist Mr. Bipin.

The resort operates a robust waste segregation and composting system, along with rainwater harvesting for sustainable water management. Electric buggies and free bicycles are provided for guests to explore the 125-acre property without emissions. The food waste policy and the use of locally sourced organic produce are part of the resort's active commitment to eco-conservation.

Guests can join coffee trails, cookie baking classes for children, and bird-watching walks led by the resort's naturalist. The children's nature gym encourages creativity and mobility, while board games and puzzles are available in common areas. Evening visits to the lakefront coffee shop and stargazing from the villa decks are popular among couples and families.
