the hotel staff was friendly and provided good customer service. the reception manager kindly upgraded my room to a sea view room upon arrival. i could walk to the beach in just two minutes from the hotel, excellent customer service

the hotel offered very clean and bright rooms. cleaning staff replaced water and coffee daily. i found the staff to be both friendly and helpful. breakfast and dinner service was calm and had various delicious options.
i noticed the pool towels looked a bit worn.

The staff at the car drop-off point was amazingly helpful and cute. one staff member, fawzi, assisted with our departure. He was very friendly and helpful. generally, the service was good with hard working staff.

inconsistent experience, some issues persist
poor breakfast faulty air conditioning
The breakfast was a let down. the variety felt limited, and the quality wasn't what i expect at this price point. also, the air conditioning in my room barely worked. I reported it, but it was never really fixed. it made sleep difficult.

the indoor pool was big and clean too. i used it because i do not want to get much sunburned. the spa was good. the breakfast had live music at restaurant at night.
