Decent stay with some drawbacks

The staff was very helpful, polite and friendly. There were many choices regarding food and drink. As a wheelchair user, I appreciated the easy access to the pool (it had a graduated side).

The sea was too shallow and rocky, made swimming difficult. Loud music and sports activities at the beach were not relaxing.

Pleasant stay with a couple of issues

beautiful vegetation deeper stretch unfriendly staff long walk

I thought the resort was nicely laid out with beautiful vegetation. I was happy with the view from the room. The pool was amazing. It sloped gently around the edges, perfect for little ones. There was a long enough deeper stretch for swimming.

The food was either tepid or cold. I found most of the restaurant staff to be unfriendly. It was only accessible up and down stairs. There was nothing inside the hotel.

Super hotel with great perks!

lovely beach free water

the hotel has a lovely beach and the food tasted amazing! breakfast included a great program and there's a private beach that i enjoyed a lot! free drinking water refills were available too that was great! plus house keeping and the registration teams work hard i appreciate it

the pool was too cold it was impossible to swim there. juice in the morning tasted like it was made from powder. the soundproofing was weak and i could hear neighbors and doors

breakfasts had variety it wasn't just sweet food i loved it. dinner included different menus daily and i got to try different dishes. the dessert section surprised me every day with new offers.

the hotel is in a good spot. restaurants and a coop supermarket are within walking distance that's really convenient. the area is quiet and offers parking for cars too.

the staff was very kind everywhere, reception desk, animation team, restaurant and the pool bar too. they were very polite and professional young people always ready to assist. the housekeeping team did a great job

the gym was open 24 hours and very clean. the gym included new equipment. the swimming pool was big and clean. the pool activities with the staff were good too.
