fantastic family stay!
smiling staffprivate paradisegreat breakfastfree ride
i loved that the staff was always smiling. arriving to a practically empty hotel. the breakfast was great (especially the barista coffee and yummy egg options!). the free hotel ride to lamai beach was super convenient. we got dropped off at 11:30 and picked up at 4:30.

the breakfast included a variety of fresh fruits and pastries. the on-site restaurant provided thai and international dishes. i noticed there were themed dinner buffets available on select evenings.

the reception offers 24-hour assistance for any needs. the staff was very helpful and quickly responded to all requests. i even saw the hotel providing a complimentary shuttle service to nearby attractions.

The room i booked was not satisfactory. the air conditioning made a terrible noise at night. It definitely needs repair. the promised sea view from my room was nonexistent. It was blocked by overgrown trees. i also found the breakfast selection repetitive. A greater variety would certainly be welcome.

The freshly made breakfast each morning was good.
The rooms felt quite dark, there wasn't a great view. The hotel said it was full when we asked for an upgrade after getting married. Someone else complained about their room and they received an upgrade to the nuptial suite ANYWAY. It seemed to look like the other rooms.

musty smelllimited breakfast variety
The air conditioning in my room wasn't great, it struggled to keep the space cool during the day. I also noticed a musty smell. The beach wasn't ideal. It had quite a lot of rocks. I was hoping for softer sand. Breakfast was fine but lacked variety. After a few days, it got a little repetitive. I would have liked some changes.
