varied buffet beach access delicious food

the breakfast buffet offered many options it was really nice. the hotel sits right on the beach this made it great for my children to enjoy the beach or the swimming pool easily. the restaurant also served nice food.

fantastic family stay!

smiling staff private paradise great breakfast free ride

i loved that the staff was always smiling. arriving to a practically empty hotel. the breakfast was great (especially the barista coffee and yummy egg options!). the free hotel ride to lamai beach was super convenient. we got dropped off at 11:30 and picked up at 4:30.

noisy air conditioning obstructed sea view

The room i booked was not satisfactory. the air conditioning made a terrible noise at night. It definitely needs repair. the promised sea view from my room was nonexistent. It was blocked by overgrown trees. i also found the breakfast selection repetitive. A greater variety would certainly be welcome.

clean pool free transportation shower access

the pool was super clean. we could use the pool all day after we checked out and were offered a shower. the hotel provided free transportation to the closest beach. (this was really convenient).

the hotel is located quite far from everything.

Mixed feelings about this hotel

dark rooms denied upgrade

The freshly made breakfast each morning was good.

The rooms felt quite dark, there wasn't a great view. The hotel said it was full when we asked for an upgrade after getting married. Someone else complained about their room and they received an upgrade to the nuptial suite ANYWAY. It seemed to look like the other rooms.

musty smell limited breakfast variety

The air conditioning in my room wasn't great, it struggled to keep the space cool during the day. I also noticed a musty smell. The beach wasn't ideal. It had quite a lot of rocks. I was hoping for softer sand. Breakfast was fine but lacked variety. After a few days, it got a little repetitive. I would have liked some changes.
