pool loungers pool server outdated room congested beach
the buffet food had much variety (i especially liked the different stations). i enjoyed the availability of loungers around the pools. getting drinks at the pool was easy as servers frequently came around.
The rooms were a little outdated. I saw mostly the same items daily. the beach got crowded and lacked cabanas.

The staff were friendly. they were very helpful and polite. the resort features multiple restaurants. I found the variety good. the room was clean, and the housekeeping team kept it tidy.
The room smelled odd, and the water had a noticeable odor. i had to request water because the mini bar was not regularly refilled. the gym felt hot with poor ventilation. It was more like a sauna.

extreme cleanliness helpful staff beautiful beach many option
the cleanliness was excellent. helpful staff were always around. the beach offered beauty. i felt cared for during my birthday due to pool parties and friendly bartenders. so many food options provided choice. i reminded me of royalty .
some elevators smelled bad and rarely worked. it was no biggie.

the resort offers a large gym with treadmills and weight machines. various pools provide swim-up bars and lounge areas. a sports bar includes multiple screens for viewing games and a billiards table.

the front desk offers maps upon arrival and speaks several languages. maintenance swiftly addresses room issues like lighting and air conditioning. daily housekeeping restocks minibars and provides fresh towels.

Amazing Entertainment and Excellent Staff

I love the all day party life. Pools were great and the beach beautiful. I think the jerk chicken spot near the beach is the best, juicy jerk chicken. I found the cleaning staff amazing, they always kept everything super clean.
It is true the resort could use some updating.

The room felt spacious. It was also close to the beach and other hotel features. I found the staff friendly and always available to assist me with any request, a true delight.

The dining room provided varied meals. The rich menu was a testament to the chef's dedication. Every meal I had was an experience for all the senses, a journey to remember.
