I had a wonderful experience at the Prescott Resort. The staff was incredibly welcoming, particularly Victoria and Stephanie, who made me feel right at home. The luxurious suites with stunning views are an excellent value for the price. However, I did notice some cleanliness issues during my stay that could use improvement. Overall, it was a refreshing getaway with great amenities.
