cozy rooms free shuttle great buffet
I found the rooms cozy. the location was good. I used the free shuttle to the main road. breakfast had a great buffet.
the room was a little dark inside.

serene stay amidst nature's beauty
sufficient room clean bathroom green surrounding
the size of our beautiful upper floor room was sufficient for comfortable movement and luggage placement. the bathroom included ample space and pristine cleanliness. the green surroundings gave a jungle vibe. the traditional wooden interior added to the charm.
the hotel shuttle availability to the beach was less frequent. this required some planning to coincide with the schedule or find alternative transport. it would be helpful if the shuttle service could operate more often.

serious leak malfunctioning ac
The staff was always available and willing to help. The hotel is near cliffs, visible from the pool. The pool is relaxing and the gardens are lush.
The hotel appears to be poorly maintained. I experienced a bad leak from the bathtub, I tried to dry it. To make things worse, the AC stopped working at 3 a.m. I had to switch rooms (it was unbearably hot).

jungle getaway!
wooden room pool view
the wooden room was so cute. i liked the pool view. two bottles of water were free everyday! the hotel location is near the beach.
the shower didn't drain well. i was standing in soap water.

The hotel location was convenient, only a short walk to the main street. The pool was great and offered a refreshing swim. The gardens were lovely with many plants.

Quiet stay amidst nature
serene escape quiet setting
I found a serene escape a bit removed from the beach it provided a quiet setting. The traditional home villa ambiance gave a relaxing experience. I enjoyed waking up to limestone cliffs visible behind the pool the staff were friendly and helpful.
I noticed a lack of assistance with luggage from the car to the lobby it was inconvenient. The absence of a telephone in the room made contacting reception difficult. Better quality iron and kettle should improve guest experience.

leaking ceiling clogged shower
The room had a leaking ceiling in the bathroom. It rained heavily one day, resulting in water on the floor creating a slip hazard (i was so close to falling, it's infuriating!). The staff knew about it, STILL it was not fixed. The AC didn't work well. It only blew air. After four hours, I got a different room, but the bathroom shower was clogged. In the night, the AC started making a constant, loud noise.
