5-star beachfront resort on Malindi's Indian Ocean coast, designed in early 20th-century tropical style

Accommodations & Grounds

Ocean Beach Resort & Spa sits on a pristine sandy beach overlooking the Indian Ocean, surrounded by extensive tropical gardens. The hotel's architecture follows an early 20th-century tropical style, with rooms housed in cottage-like buildings spread across the property. Each of the individually styled, air-conditioned rooms and suites has a private balcony or terrace, and the bathrooms are private and modern.

The Beach Bar offers cocktails in a shaded, open-air setting with ocean views. Guests also find a coffee house on site, a snack bar, and options for breakfast in the room or themed dinner nights.

Pools & Beach

The hotel has two outdoor swimming pools: one with a pool bar and a shallow end, the other with infinity edges and pool/beach towels provided. The private beach area has complimentary sun loungers and sun umbrellas for guests. Water sport facilities on site include windsurfing, diving, and fishing, plus access to the beachfront for swimming and walking.

Spa & Wellness

The on-site Morjana Spa offers a hammam, steam room, sauna, and solarium, plus a spa lounge and relaxation area. Treatments include body scrubs, wraps, facials, light therapy, and a variety of massage styles, with spa and wellness packages available. A well-equipped gym with fitness machines and a dedicated aerobics space is open to guests.

Leisure

A children's playground, board games, and a kids' pool are on the property, with babysitting and child services available on request. Evening entertainment includes live music, live sport events, themed dinner nights, and a nightclub with a DJ.
