cute staff night markets popular stay

the staff were very cute. they were ready to help with anything. it is close to the night markets. i can see it is a popular stay.

The water temperature in the room is so unstable. Sometimes very hot sometimes very cold. it was hard to control and there was no response from reception

the breakfast was great. i liked the room and pool, they were both great too.

the room had a strong smell of damp. it would not go away regardless of how long we kept the ac on, also, the hotel asks for a cash deposit upon checkin instead of just a credit card.

Acceptable, but Some Issues with Service and Amenities

The pool was well kept, a plus.

The receptionist was not proficient in English. Communication proved difficult. I required a direct WiFi connection for work purposes. I was unable to get assistance from the staff to configure it. The breakfast became monotonous after a few days as the fruit selection was limited to watermelon and honeydew daily. The juices also tasted artificial.

The hotel was clean, MODERN, and well maintained. The front desk area was beautiful. The breakfast had many options, including Thai dishes, fruits, breads, and pastries. The hairdryer worked well (it dried my hair fast!).

I was asked for a cash security deposit upon arrival. It was unexpected, and the amount was THB 3,000.

The staff were humble, nice, and always smiling. They cleaned the rooms and maintained the pool and bar areas. I noticed reception staff was less attentive.
