i found the staff very friendly and helpful! my room, a double room garden view, was spacious. the bed was comfortable. the swimming pool is large and located in front of the beach.

There were a few insects in the open bathroom. This made it a bit difficult to keep the curtains open.

I enjoyed the large, comfortable room that came with a big balcony. The balcony had a great view of the pool and ocean. The gardens are beautiful and clearly well maintained by resort staff. The pool overlooked the ocean and was a nice area to relax.

I observed a need for minor upgrades in the gym area.

the location right on the beach was amazing. i particularly loved the restaurant and bar because they also faced the ocean. the gardens are well-kept and provide a beautiful, peaceful atmosphere. the staff members were attentive to my needs .

the gym could benefit from some upgrades to provide an improved fitness experience.

the setting was beautiful. grounds were spacious and tidy. the pool was large. the breakfast buffet had many options and the food was amazing!!!

the bathroom had an open design. insects kept flying around inside. i did not like this open bathroom system. people working outside meant i could not keep the curtains open while i stayed in the groundfloor room.

Inconsistent Service and Maintenance Shortcomings

minimal vegetarian food unavailable towels

The beach was quite fine , it had a beautiful sunset.

There was minimal vegetarian food available , and the staff seemed unwilling to accommodate my dietary needs during the BBQ buffet night. I was told I could not order vegetarian food until after 9pm. Both times I went to the pool , no towels were available.
