dead sea pool convenient access

the spa offered many pools and saunas. there was even a dead sea pool.

the view from my window was non-existent. it was like i was in a wardrobe.

excellent spa wide selection convenient travel different layout warm jacuzzi staff response

The spa was excellent I particularly enjoyed the variety of saunas available. Breakfast was also a highlight with a wide selection of items offered. The hotel's proximity to a bus station was useful making travel convenient.

The jacuzzi water was not as warm as I would have preferred. The staff's response to issues regarding barking dogs was lacking.

small sink unfriendly service

The sink in the bathroom was REALLY small. I also think that parking is expensive. (20€ is a bit much in my opinion). I think the customer service could be a bit more friendly.
